Who We Are
How we started:
Crescent Technology began as a motherboard and LCD Refurbisher for many of the top "third-party" laptop parts vendors in the nation. We were located in the city of Chicago in a 4000SF warehouse. As our workload grew so did our staff. We hired some of the most experienced and skilled computer repair technicians and sales people. Crescent quickly embarked on a expansion plan that added over 250 small business clients in 26 states and large extended warranty vendors in a 6 month period. In the summer of 2006 we began a service project to assist one of the nation's biggest box retailers in the centralization of its service centers to Kentucky. At times we were repairing over 450 laptops per week. To effectively accomodate and manage our growth, we devided to move into a larger facility in Elk Grove Village.
The New Building:
In November of 2006 Crescent Technology moved into a new 13000SF facility. Click here to see our facility. With the new space and ability to expand our divisions we quickly did. We began a parts inventory that included over 2000 in demand laptop parts. We started servicing Desktop's, PC All-in-One's, Game Consoles, and IPOD's as well.
Our Staff:
Crescent Technology employs people who possess a drive to learn, excel and collaborate in a collective positive way to impact the work we do for all of customers. Our staff is made up of engineers, technicians, and a group of creative minds that fullfill jobs in Purchasing, Sales, Service, Shipping, Quality Control, Parts, and Accounting Departments.
